Here at The House Clearance Centre we understand how hard it can be when it comes to sorting and clearing the possessions of a family member who has recently passed away.

We are here to help take away the pain and stress of having to do this on your own. All our bereavement clearances are done in a very sypathetic manner. We can arrange collect keys from you to do a quote and return them to you on the same day or we are happy to meet a relative at the property to do the quote.

If our quote is satisfactory we will arrange a time and date to do the clearance. If required we can collect the keys from you the day before work is due to start and then deliver them back upon completion.

Everything can be removed

Any items that are can't be resold will be donated to local charities (if you have specific requests we can oblige)
Anything that is unfit for re-use will be processed and taken to recycle depot
This keeps the tipping fee's low and our carbon footprint down to the minimum required
